McDonald Brothers Would like to invite you to bid on this new Long Term care

The proposed Building site is located at 543 Clarence Street, Winchester, Ontario K0C 2K0. It is on the North side of County Rd. 43 and East of Highway
31 in Winchester adjacent to the Winchester District Memorial Hospital. The proposed development consists of a 2-storey above grade Long Term Care
home. In addition to the building code, the building must be designed to meet the intent of the 2015 Ontario Ministry of Long-Term Care Design Manual. The building will be home to 128 residents. (4 resident home areas x 32 residents per resident home area). The new construction is a structural steel c/w joist, steel decking framing with a mix of masonry veneer and siding veneer.
NOTE: UNDER THE CURRENT MINISTRY OF LONG TERM CARE FUNDING PROGRAM THERE CANNOT BE A BID EXTENTION FOR THIS PROJECT.
