23-001 Salus Capilano – Millwork Tender

Project Description

MBC invites you to bid on this tender for architectural millwork and related items. This is a construction management project for the construction of a new affordable housing apartment building located in Ottawa. MBC is on contract as the acting general contractor.

The building is a new 54-unit apartment building approximately 39,000ft2 consisting of 4 storeys above ground and one basement. All suites are bachelor apartments each with one bathroom and a kitchenette. The basement consists of an office space for the daily activities of the owner with mutliple common space kitchens. There is also a new wood slat ceiling in the lobby.

Construction for the work in this tender package is expected to start and complete in spring of 2025.
