Project Description

MBC invites you to bid on this tender for elevator, foundation waterproofing, and/or below-grade rigid insulation work. This is a construction management project for the construction of a new affordable housing apartment building located in Ottawa. MBC is on contract as the acting general contractor.

The scope of work involves the construction of a brand new 54-unit apartment building. The building is approximately 39,000ft2 consisting of 4 storeys above ground and one basement. The building has a concrete foundation with a mostly wood frame structure. All suites are bachelor apartments each with one bathroom and a small kitchenette. The basement consists of an office space for the daily activities of the owner.

Construction for the work in this tender package is expected to start in February 2024.
