23-009 SGH Merivale – Abatement

Project Description

MBC invites you to bid on this tender the abatement of hazardous material at 1083 Merivale Road in Ottawa. MBC is the acting construction manager on the project. This tender package is for the abatement of any material as defined by the DSR within the house on the property. The abatement is only needed to the extent to prepare the house for full demolition in the future.

Construction for the work in this tender package is expected to start and complete in fall of 2024.
