This tender will include: Clearing and grubbing, Rock excavation, Building excavation and backfill, site services, Asphalt paving and concrete sidewalks, Jersey Barriers, Line painting, Chain link fence,  Landscaping , Bollards,  Forming, Concrete supplies, Rebar, Structural steel, Misc Metals , Waterproofing, Modified Bituminous Membrane roofing, Steel doors and frames, Door hardware, Overhead Coiling Doors and grilles, Sectional doors, Drywall and ceiling, Ceramic tiling, painting, Signage, Washroom accessories, Plumbing and gas, HVAC and controls, Electrical

Please Note : The Client has identified Lamarche Electric as the Project Electrical contractor for this project.
