Project Description
MBC invites you to bid on this tender for a large new addition. This is a construction management project for a mid-rise apartment building located in Ottawa. MBC is on contract as the acting general contractor.
The project is a large new addition consisting of three storeys above ground and one basement totaling approximately 27,200 ft2. The building has a mostly concrete structure with a pre-engineered wood truss sloped roof. There are 38 one bedroom apartments.
This tender package includes all work for the building – excluding abatement, demolition, earthworks, sanitary/storm/water site services, paving, and the retaining wall.
