This project consists of constructing a new 53,130 square foot athletic facility including two soccer fields (⅔ size FIFA), a walking track and a community centre that will accommodate 150 people. Truly the final product is a multi-generational athletic facility for citizens of all ages. The Complex will be able to accommodate several sports and activities such as softball, Ultimate Frisbee, yoga, football, and many others. Work proceeded throughout the winter months and the Complex was completed in the beginning of 2023.
The shell of the building was completed with MBC’s signature pre-engineered, frameless, Honco Building System where all modular panels are transported to site and assembled by our team on-site to allow for an accelerated project delivery. Furthermore, a complete site works package is also included on this project which includes a paved parking lot, landscaping, and sidewalks.
