ADDENDUM-01
MBC invites you to bid on this project to build two new apartment buildings at 120 Reuben Crescent, Kemptville. This is a construction management contract for which MBC is the acting general contractor.
The scope of work includes the construction of two brand new apartment buildings, one is 4 storeys and the other is 6 storeys. Both are sitting on top of an underground parking garage. It is a concrete foundation with a mostly wood structure. The gross floor area is approximately 120,000 sqft. The suites are a mix of bachelor, 1-bed, 2-bed, and 3-bed all with their own in-suite kitchenettes.
Construction for the project is expected to begin in spring 2025 and finish in late 2026.
