Tender invitation 23-007 Salus Athlone Post Tender #1 security package

MBC would like to invite you to bid on the following project for the scope of the security package

The client has retained MBC to act as their Construction Manager for the construction of a new affordable housing apartment building located in Ottawa. The scope of work involves the renovation of a the 4-storey, 39 units residential building built in 2006 located at 2000 Scott Street, Ottawa, ON that also borders on Athlone Avenue recently.  The building suffered extensive damage to    interior finishes due to a burst sprinkler pipe in February 2023.  The interior finishes of the water-damaged areas were substantially removed by specialized restorations firms, leaving the building structure framing and exterior wall cladding.

This Security package scope of work involves but not limited to:

To provide new ACS, VSS, VIS, IES, and IDS to the new Salus location.

.1 Provide new Access Control System (ACS), Video Surveillance
System (VSS), Intercom Entry System (IES), and Intrusion
Detection system (IDS) for the Client space.

.2 Integrate the VSS cameras, IES, and IDS onto the Client’s ACS
systems via the client ACS software.

.3 Provide new network components and work with the Client to
ensure that all network devices are preconfigured before
being added to their security network as per the Client IT
Standards.
