MBC invites you to bid on this project for the Excavation and backfill and foundations work

The client has retained MBC to act as their Construction Manager for the construction of a new addition and renovation to their existing facility at 1301 Prince of Whales, Ottawa.

Tender package #1 : Excavation and foundations work

The project involves the renovation of a the 2-storey, building built located at 1301 Princes of Whales, Ottawa, ON. The building addition consists of new vestibule entrance with a new Lula elevator lobby and a new universal washroom connecting to the existing lobby. The renovation is mostly renovating the sanctuary, kitchen and office areas. And re-roofing the lower part of the existing roof, replacing existing skylights, renovating the mechanical units and distribution. Also new electrical work. The addition will require soil remediation.

Tender closing September 4th before 3:00 pm

A site visit for the trades will be held Tuesday September 2 at 9:00 am on site at 1301 Prince of Whales, Ottawa. Parking is available in the back
