Project Description
MBC invites you to bid on this tender for building systems and landscape work. This is a construction management project to build a new women’s shelter located in Ottawa. MBC is on contract as the acting general contractor.
The project is a new build consisting of three storeys above ground totaling approximately 17,500ft2. The building has a concrete foundation and a mostly wood frame structure. The ground floor is common space and offices, the second floor is the 13 suites, and third floor is mostly for mechanical.
This tender package includes all above-grade work excluding engineered wood, finishes, specialties, and millwork.
