MBC invites you to bid on this tender for demolition work. This is a construction management project to renovate an existing building of approximately 53,000 square feet into apartments, located in Kemptville. MBC is on contract as the acting general contractor.

A formal site visit to familiarize yourself with the existing conditions is scheduled for Friday November 21st at 10:00. Attendees are to meet inside the building in the main lobby. This job showing is mandatory for bidders.
