Project Description
MBC invites you to bid on this tender for all finishes and building systems work. This is a construction management project to renovate an existing building of approximately 55,000 square feet into apartments, located in Kemptville. MBC is on contract as the acting general contractor.
The scope of work included in this tender package are outlines in the instructions to bidders. The work in this tender package is expected to begin shortly after tender.
