MBC is pleased to invite you to submit a bid for the Half Moon bay HS Pre-loading  project.

Design and Installation of Wick Drain and Preload (grade raise to Finished floor elevation and surcharge) system of building footprint and 5 m beyond in all directions
to allow the construction of the slab of the proposed school as slab on grade and proposed grade raise. The soil improvement measures that allow for the slab loads and for the cut and fill required for the finished grades shown in the contract.

Please note:. There is a Performance Holdback of the amount of 20% of the total Tender sum. This will be held back until the soil’s improvements have reached the specified bearing capacity.
