MBC would like to invite you to bid on the following tender located at 11 Air Care Drive, Smiths Falls, On.
The proposed new Pre-Eng. building is a for the Cargo facility and offices ( 18,610 sq. ftt) plus a Pre-eng building for the Cold Storage ( 5082 sq.ft)
Other trades required are but not limited: Excavation and backfill, site services, Asphalt and concrete sidewalks, landscaping, forming, rebar, slab finishing, misc. metals, millwork, waterproofing, Spray foam insulation, Aluminum panels, Metal siding, cement Faced insulated panels, metal roofing, mod bit roofing, Downspout, Roof Hatches, Sprayed Fireproofing, Firestopping, sealants, Expansion joints and covers, steel doors and frames, wood doors, door hardware, Automatic door operator, overhead door, Aluminum doors , aluminum windows, Window films, Louvers, drywall and ceilings, ceramic, resilient flooring, Carpet, epoxy flooring, painting, Operable partitions, Washroom accessories, metal lockers, Window shades, Pre-Eng. Building, Sprinklers, plumbing and gas, HVAC and Controls, Electrical.
