MBC is pleased to invite you to submit a bid for the E26-026 OCHRFT26-031 – General Contractor – Geyser Place
The proposed development consists of a 9-storey residential concrete building with 101,047 sqft of gross floor area plus 18 2-storey stackable wood townhouses.
Trades required are but not limited to: Shoring, Geothermal, Excavation and backfill, site services, Underslab drainage, Asphalt and sidewalks, landscaping, Fencing, forming, rebar, slab finishing, Masonry, Structural steel, misc. metals, millwork, waterproofing, Spray foam insulation, Metal siding, mod bit roofing, Firestopping, sealants, Expansion joints and covers, steel doors and frames, wood doors, door hardware, Automatic door operator, Aluminum doors , Curtain walls, aluminum windows, Window films, drywall and ceilings, soffit, ceramic flooring, resilient flooring, painting, Washroom accessories, signs, Sprinklers, plumbing and gas, HVAC and Controls, Electrical, Communications, security systems.

For shoring scope please review shoring drawings provided with the tender package.
For Geothermal scope please review all drawings and reports related and included in the tender package.
