Tender invitation 2025-022 New Catholic Secondary School Riverside South
MBC invites you to bid on this project to build a 2 story new high school at 675 BorBridge Avenue ( Manotick) , Ont.
The project is a 2-Story, classrooms, double gym’s, lab’s, cafeteria , a 9391 m2 building. This new building has concrete foundations, structural steel framed building, concrete slabs on steel deck. The exterior envelope is steel studs framing with masonry veneer and metal siding, with curtain wall system.
Construction for the project is expected to begin in October 2025 and completion August 13th, 2027
Please provide Separate price form Appendix B and Unit Prices Appendix C at time of Tender
Bid validity period is 90 days
Closing Date September 3 before 14:00 pm

Please note that the client has prequalified the Security Wiring and devices divisions to FCI for the work
