Tender invitation 2025-021 New Elementary School M- 12 Academie Notre Dame Kemptville
MBC invites you to bid on this project to build a 2 story new elementary school at 2650 Concession Road, Kemptville , Ont.
The project is a 2-Story, 5167 m2 building, classrooms, gym’s, lab’s, cafeteria, Daycare. This new building has concrete foundations, structural steel framed building, concrete slabs on steel deck, load bearing masonry block. The exterior envelope is steel studs framing with masonry veneer and metal siding, with curtain wall system.
Construction for the project is expected to begin in October 2025 and completion June 30th, 2027
Please provide Separate price form Appendix B and Unit Prices Appendix C, at time of Tender
Bid validity period is 90 days

Please note that the client has prequalified the Security Wiring and devices divisions to FCI for the work
