Project details
The work consisted of a new one story building with an area of 5,150 sq. ft. This stand alone structural steel was cladded with stone and brick, as well as an EIFS veneer with the fit up inside. Interior walls are drywall with some fire rated partitions and security partitions. Suspended ceilings, flooring, painting, Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC were also comprised part of the contract.
