MBC invites you to bid on this tender for the building envelope work.

The project is to construct the building envelope finishes. The new works requires; Concrete slabs,Pressure wash the existing exterior block walls, Concrete repairs, Masonry block repair, block wall infill (pre-qualified), new brick veneer, Metal Fabrication, Fibre Cement panel siding, Spray foam insulation and new windows,  Pre-qualified mod bit roofing, new exterior steel doors and frames c/w door hardware, Painting of exterior doors and frames, Under slab plumbing, Some structural work to be done. Work to start this fall. Please see the tender form for Unit prices to be provided at time of tender.

Construction for the work in this tender package is expected to start in late October 2023.
