Project Description
MBC invites you to bid on this project to build a 2 story new elementary school at 700 Spring Valley drive, Ottawa.
The scope of work includes the construction of two story new elementary school. The building is a structural steel frame structure with a exterior finish mix of Masonry veneer, phenolic wall panels and corrugated metal siding and curtain wall and . The gross floor area is approximately 69,125 sqft. This new elementary school includes a gym, Daycare, 7 kindergarten, 20 classrooms
Please note: the School Board has prequalified these Trade : Electrical, Asphalt, Roofing and Data cabling contractors. Please see the list for trades names
Construction for the project is expected to begin in spring 2025 and completion December, 2026
