MBC invites you to bid on the fit-up for a new clinic located at 1980 Ogilvie Road. The area to be built is approximately 3,875 square feet.

The project involves the construction of a new clinic and includes selective demolition, concrete cutting, slab finishing, millwork, steel doors and frames, wood doors, door hardware, door operators, glazing, drywall and ceilings, ceramic and resilient flooring, sound-absorbing ceilings, painting, signage, cubicle curtains and tracks, demountable partitions, wall and door protection, washroom accessories, roller window shades, sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC and controls, electrical, and communications systems.

Please note: The millwork drawing are part of addendum #2

Construction for the project is expected to begin in September 2025

Please note that the client has prequalified some divisions of work and only those on the list may bid respective work.
-Any roofing work is to be done by Morin Roofing

-Any Fire/Life safety and sprinklers is to be done by Total Fire Protection
