MBC invites you to bid on this project to build a new passive housing 4 story, 23-unit supportive housing apartment building at 214 Somerset Street East ,Ottawa, Ont.
The project is a a new passive housing 4 story building , a 819 m2 building. This new building requires; Existing building demolition, Excavation , Shoring, Caissons, Solders piles, site services and lag ICF foundations, Concrete foundations, Structural steel, metal railings, Roof anchors, wood framed building, Wood framed stairs, millwork, Fiber cement cladding, wood veneer phenolic Cladding, mod bit roof, Steel doors and frames, wood doors, Hardware, Fiberglass windows, drywall and ceilings, floor finishes, painting, signage, wall protections, Washroom accessories, Mail boxes, Appliances, Window shades, Vertical platform lifts, Landscaping, fencing, site furnishing, utilities, Plumbing and gas, HVAC and controls, Electric, Structured cabling, Access control and intrusion detection, CCTV.

site visit at the time and date October 9 at 11:00 am. The site is located at 214 Somerset Street East, Ottawa. There is street parking available.
The site has been secured, and power has been disconnected. One of the six existing units will be available for inspection. All Bidders are responsible for their own safety while on site
and must supply and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times, including safety boots, hard hat, safety vest, N95 mask, and flashlight.
