McDonald Brothers would like to invite you to bid on our office expansion and renovation.

This interior tenant improvement is scheduled to begin this spring and includes a second floor mezzanine structure, offices, staff kitchen and meeting rooms along with the ground level renovations.

This call for tenders includes but isn’t limited to the following: slab finishing, Curtain wall, gypsum drywall and ceiling assemblies, ceramic, carpet tiling, painting, plumbing, gas, HVAC along with asphalt paving and curb modifications.

The interior glass partitions, electrical and cabinetry is excluded from this bid call.
