Project Description
Andrew Fleck Children’s Services has retained MBC to act as their Construction Manager for the renovation of 10 Fifth Avenue in Ottawa. MBC invites you to bid on this tender for the work as identified in the drawings. This includes but is not limited to: millwork, windows, kitchen appliances, drywall and ceilings, flooring, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.

A site visit will be scheduled, more information to follow in an addendum. Do not visit the site without permission, the building is an occupied and active daycare.
