MBC would like to invite you to bid on the following tender 30 Thorncliff – GBE Office Rebuild

The proposed new building is a 232 m2 wood framed building one story . with a mod bit roofing and metal siding veneer, with punch aluminum windows.

Other trades required are but not limited: Excavation and backfill, site services, Asphalt and concrete sidewalks, landscaping, forming, rebar, slab finishing, misc. metals, Rough Carpentry, wood trusses, millwork, waterproofing,  Metal siding, metal roofing ( at Canopy), metal soffit, rigid insulation, mod bit roofing, Downspout, steel doors and frames, wood doors, door hardware, Automatic door operator, overhead door, Aluminum doors , aluminum windows, drywall and ceilings, ceramic, resilient flooring, Carpet, epoxy flooring, painting, Washroom accessories.

Please note: the Mechanical and electrical work will be performed by the Owner
