The Ottawa Police Association project delivered in a fast track schedule which saw many of the activities being completed simultaneously such as the exterior and interior demolition. The project was completed with minimum disruption to the building users by completing many nights and weekend shifts. The interior finishing materials are comprised of stainless steel, architectural glass, 3Form material, granite and maple hardwood floors. The exterior of the building was re-cladded in an aluminum composite panel as well as aluminum ribbed paneling. Our management team has been repeatedly selected by Ottawa Police Association (OPA) to continue renovating their Office at 141 Catherine Street with other multiple phases. All phases were completed with minimum disruption to building occupiers as the spaces are occupied full time.
