Metropolitan Bible Church

McDonald Brothers Construction teamed up with CSV Architects to create a 10,500 ft², two-storey addition to the Metropolitan Bible Church on Prince of Whales Drive in 2016. The addition holds a large Chapel, new classroom spaces, future library, and additional washrooms on both floors.

The structure is comprised of load bearing masonry complete with structural steel, steel decking and related foundation works. Exterior finishes include stone and brick veneers complete with metal siding to tie into existing building appearance. New angled drywall partitions and ceilings as well as wood acoustical accent panels compete with stone veneer to create a stunning effect within the Chapel space.
